How do I book ticket only?
Please contact Warwick Castle directly on 0871 265 2000 (9am - 5pm 7 days a week, calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge) or visit the Warwick Castle website

What is the gate price?

What is included in Warwick Castle Breaks package?
The package price is the total cost for the whole party. Prices include your Warwick Castle tickets and hotel stay including breakfast (unless otherwise stated).
Can my tickets be used on any day?
Your first day in the park is specified on your tickets. Subsequent days can be used at any point during your stay.
How much is ticket only compared to package cost?
Warwick Castle tickets cost up to £73.80 per family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) on the gate. Our standard ticket and hotel inclusive packages cost from £167.00 per family of 4 including 2 day Castle tickets, overnight hotel stay and breakfast. So you pay from just £41.75 per person for an overnight hotel stay, breakfast and 2 days at the Attraction. Please note, all prices are subject to change.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your confirmation will be sent to the email address you enter at the time of booking. This will include your vouchers which you will need to take to Admissions at the Warwick Castle entrance in exchange for your tickets.
This voucher cannot be re-sold under any circumstances. To redeem your entrance tickets at the Attraction you will be asked for photographic identification and/or the original credit or debit card used to make the purchase of your Warwick Castle Break.
Do you accept photocopies of the confirmation at the Attraction?
Warwick Castle vouchers will only be accepted with a booking confirmation and printed version of the confirmations. Photocopies will not be accepted.
I have discount vouchers, am I able to pre-book with these?
No, we do not have the facility to accept promotional ticket only vouchers such as 2 for 1 promotional offers or any other ticket only discount vouchers. To take advantage of these you would need to pay locally.
Does Warwick Castle Breaks offer any corporate discounts?

What is the cheapest time to come to Warwick Castle?
Our prices vary depending on the time of year. If you're flexible on dates then keep an eye out for our special offers running throughout the year that often apply to specific off-peak stay dates.
2. ACCOMMODATION AT WARWICK CASTLE
Can I stay at Warwick Castle?
Yes, the following themed on-site accommodation is available to book as part of your Warwick Castle Break:
The Knight's Village
The Knight's Village itself is situated in a secluded area of managed woodland space within the Warwick Castle grounds, at the foot of the Pageant Field.
It's approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Castle, to give you the peace and tranquillity of a night in a Woodland Lodge or Mediaeval Glamping Tent!
What time can I check into my accommodation?
Check-in is 4pm on the day of arrival, check-out time is 11am on the day of departure. Please click on the more info
option which is available when you select your accommodation. Your check-in details will also be displayed on your email confirmation.
Can I bring infants?
If you are booking a Warwick Castle Break with children, The Knight's Village can accommodate infants and toddlers. Bottle/food warming facilities are available and open 24 hours for night feeds.
How do I request a cot?
The Knight's Village Woodland Lodges and Mediaeval Glamping can accommodate a cot, however, please call our Customer Experience team on 0845 330 1011 to confirm that the on-site accommodation you are booking can facilitate a cot in the room type selected. All cots are subject to availability. Calls cost 3p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.
Can you book for 5 or more people?
A Knight's Lodge can sleep up to 7 people and a cot.
Is entrance to the Castle Dungeon included in a short break package?
Entrance to the Castle Dungeon is not included in your short break package. If you wish to access the Castle Dungeon, additional charges will apply. A limited number of tickets for the Castle Dungeon are available to purchase from the Central Courtyard Ticket Tent, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included in the cost of my package?
Breakfast is included unless otherwise stated. Please click the more info

Is parking available at the on-site accommodation?
If you are staying in The Knight's Village, the secure Stratford Road car park is a short 2-minute walk. Parking is free of charge for guests staying in the Knight's Village.
Are there smoking areas?
Warwick Castle is a non-smoking venue, there are however designated smoking points across the resort including The Knight's Village.
3. BOOKING PROCESS
I have not received my confirmation?
If you have still not received this 24 hours after booking your break, please call us on 01303 490080 (calls cost 9p per minute plus your phone company's access charge) and we will ensure this gets re-sent to you.
I do not have email, how will I receive my confirmation?

and we will arrange for your confirmation and tickets to be posted to you.

Why has the price increased since my first search?
Warwick Castle Breaks is committed to providing the best choice of product, at great prices, so throughout the season we continually review our products and prices. There are likely to be some seasonal special offers and in some circumstances prices may go up or down depending on availability. The price of your chosen package will be confirmed at the time of booking but may change if you do not confirm your booking straight after you receive your quote. All prices are subject to change and availability.
How do I make payment?
Full payment will be taken at the end of the booking process by either a credit or debit card. Credit cards are subject to a non-refundable surcharge, which will be notified before confirming your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron and Paypal. Both Warwick Castle Breaks and Warwick Castle are unable to accept personal cheques.
Please note: Warwick Castle Breaks uses the merchant ID 'hex*warwickcastlebreak' or 'HXPAYMENTS'
. Once you have made your booking and payment has been taken from your account, 'hex*warwickcastlebreak' or 'HXPAYMENTS'
will appear on your bank account statement alongside the amount taken for your booking.
Credit Card Charges
Credit card companies charge us a fee when you pay with their cards and therefore payment by credit/charge card incurs an additional non-refundable charge of 1.8% of the total amount. Payment by credit/charge card confirms that you accept this additional charge. No such charge applies to debit card payments.
Can I pay a deposit for my Warwick Castle Break?
Unfortunately not. The balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
What are the cancellation charges if I cancel my booking?
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Warwick Castle Breaks and are subject to the conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost):
If you choose not to add on the Cancellation Waiver, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation on arrival date, or non-arrival date
100% of total booking value
Cancellation within 36 hours-3 days before arrival
75% of total booking value
Cancellation within 4-14 days before arrival date
50% of total booking value
Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival date
25% of total booking value
Cancellation on date of booking (before 8pm weekdays or 5:30pm on weekends and bank holidays — Unless your stay date is within 36 hours then 100% cancellation fees apply)
0% of total booking value
How can I avoid paying any cancellation charges if I need to cancel my booking?
We are pleased to be able to offer cancellation cover for a small fee when you book your Warwick Castle Break with us. For just £12.95, our cover allows you the freedom to cancel your booking without penalty and obtain a full refund up to 36 hours before your break. To do this you must contact us by telephone at least 36 hours before the date of your stay.
Can I amend my booking?
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break, you must notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Please be aware amendments may incur an additional charge. All amendments must be made through Warwick Castle Breaks, please call on 01303 490080 (calls cost 9p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.) Any alteration requested within 24 hours of the date of ticket entrance to Warwick Castle or within 24 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation by you and you will have to pay the cancellation charges.
How do I get directions to my on-site accommodation?
This information will be available on your confirmation and there is also a map available on the Warwick Castle website. It is your responsibility to bring correct directions or a map with you on your trip, we cannot be held liable for any failure getting to the on-site accommodation.
How much does a taxi cost to Warwick Castle?
The cost of a taxi to and from Warwick Castle will vary from different hotels. We suggest you contact the hotel booked directly on the telephone number provided on your booking confirmation.
How far is Warwick Castle from the nearest train station?
Warwick Station is approximately one mile from the Castle which is approximately a 15 minute walk.
5. ATTRACTION INFORMATION
Does Warwick Castle charge for parking?
Parking prices at Warwick Castle vary from £6 to £10 depending on the car park. Please see the full list of car park options here
. However, if you are staying at The Knight's Village accommodation, parking is free of charge in the Stratford Road car park.
Are there any height restrictions in the car park?
There are no height restrictions in the car park.
Where is Warwick Castle located?

What are the Warwick Castle opening times?
Warwick Castle opens at 10am every day, excluding Christmas Day. Closing times vary depending on the season. See our Opening Times page
Is there a dress code?
You must wear appropriate clothing (including a top and shoes) at all times whilst at the Attraction. If you are wearing clothing that is indecent or likely to cause offence in any way, you will be refused entry or removed from the Attraction.
Are there any shops in Warwick Castle?
Yes, there are three shops at Warwick Castle. The Kingmaker Shop has a selection of Mediaeval momentos, the Courtyard Shop can be found near the Castle Dungeon and the Stables Gift Shop is located at the entrance and exit of the Attraction.
What is the Attraction's smoking policy?
Warwick Castle is a non-smoking venue, there are however designated smoking points across the resort.
Who do I contact if I have lost property at Warwick Castle?
If you notice you have lost something while you're at the Castle, please inform an attendant at the turnstiles and they will give you a lost property form to fill out. However, if you notice you have lost an item after your visit, please call 01926 495421 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and a description of the lost item.
Does Warwick Castle cater for alternative dietary requirements?
Please contact Warwick Castle directly with at least 48 hours before your break to make sure they can cater for any alternative dietary requirements.

Can I hire a wheelchair at Warwick Castle?
There are a limited number of wheelchairs available to hire on a first come, first served basis. A refundable deposit of £10 is required, payable at the Ticket Office.
Is Warwick Castle accessible for disabled guests?
A number of the attractions, state rooms and gardens at Warwick Castle can only be accessed via steps. If you have reduced mobility, use a mobility aid, wheelchair or will be bringing a pushchair, we suggest taking a look at the Warwick Castle Accessibility Guide

How do I use my tickets?
Your confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of booking in the form of a PDF attachment. The PDF attachment will contain your Warwick Castle
voucher. Please open the attachment, print the voucher and your confirmation email, and take these with you on your trip. You will need to exchange this confirmation email at Warwick Castle
Admissions to get into the Attraction.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. The lead name on the booking will also need to bring photo identification or a credit card. If you have not received your email confirmation after 24 hours of booking, please call us on 01303 490080 and we will ensure they are resent to you (calls cost 9p per minute plus your phone company's access charge). If you do not have email, please call us to arrange for your confirmation and tickets to be posted to you.
When can I use my tickets?
You will only be able to use your tickets on the dates for which you have booked. Please see our website for details of the Attraction opening times.
What if I can't print my tickets?
